Yes, I strongly believe that there is a solution to every challenge! I have realised this, when we see problems, they seem to become more twisted and unmanageable. In fact, they also get magnified, as we focus on them more and more. It’s like bringing a stone closer and closer to our eyes, so much so that
we can only see the stone and nothing else.
Still, what do we do when we run into ‘problems’?
We are so used to it from our years of conditioning. Sometimes, we live in problems just because we
have always lived that way. In fact, our parents and grand parents also lead similar lives.
I found this very interesting and thought provoking quote. Dean Briggs says, “Do your work; not just
your work and no more but a little more for the lavishing’s sake, that little more which is worth all the rest, and if you suffer as you must then you doubt as you must, do your work and the sky will clear and then out of your very doubt and suffering will be born the supreme joy of life.”
Replace the word ‘problem’ with the word ‘challenge’
Does it not sound better? In your mind, just replace the word problem with ‘challenge’. Now we have something that at least has a solution. So, to emphasize the point, it’s important to look at every
situation in life as a CHALLENGE and not as a problem. If we think of it as problem, we can get trapped
in it like in a whirlpool of water. Consequently, that can pull us deeper into the water, with no way to come out.
Sometimes, we are thinking, why me?
The important truth is that life happens for us, for each one of us and everything happens for a reason.
So, the question to ask is what is there in this for me? To help me grow? To help me evolve? For me to make a paradigm shift.. For me to become a better version of myself!
